3.2 Software & Tools

3.3 Services

Services purchased through Krypt Store will be delivered based on the scope of work agreed upon at purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend heavily on timely client communication and cooperation.

3.4 Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) depending on the plan selected at checkout.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. Partial months, unused subscription time, or mid-term cancellations will not be granted pro-rated refunds.

4.4 Technical Issues & Compatibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your system meets the technical requirements and hardware/software specifications necessary to use our products, tools, or subscriptions before placing an order. Technical incompatibility does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

If you encounter technical issues accessing a file or tool, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue or providing working files.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE GRANTS

6. PROHIBITED USES AND TERMINATION

You agree not to use Krypt Store or any of its tools/services for any unlawful purpose or to conduct illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Circumventing licensing mechanisms or unauthorized key sharing.
• Launching attacks (DDoS, spamming, malicious injection) on our servers or tools.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or dispute filings.

Termination: Krypt Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account, revoke tool licenses, and ban access to the Platform immediately without prior notice or refund if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, TOOLS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Krypt Store DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

1. The functions contained in any digital product or tool will meet your requirements.
2. Operation of software or downloadable tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future updates of third-party platforms.
3. Defects will be corrected immediately, though reasonable support will be offered.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KRYPT STORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or inability to access or use the services/tools.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal data stored therein.
• Any software bugs, viruses, or code errors present in downloadable tools or products.

IN ANY EVENT, KRYPT STORE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED STRICTLY TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KRYPT STORE IN THE LAST THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. FRAUD PREVENT & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Attempting to obtain a refund via unauthorized bank chargebacks, PayPal disputes, or fraudulent payment claims after successfully receiving digital goods or tool access constitutes fraud.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated against Krypt Store:

• Your account and all associated licenses/tools will be immediately revoked and permanently banned.
• Your information may be submitted to fraud mitigation agencies and legal collection bodies.
• Krypt Store reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover disputed amounts, plus processing fees and legal costs.

10. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Krypt Store reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of our Platform following changes means you accept and agree to the modified Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Europe/Romania.
